We measured for an Amarr Classica 3000 with recessed short panels, sandstone finish, and decorative hardware. The job took a full day: remove the old door and track, install the new sectional with heavy-duty 14-gauge hinges, and balance the spring to the actual door weight rather than guessing. We left the old opener in place since it was only three years old and properly sized for the heavier door.
Emergency Cable Repair on a Double-Wide in Spring Branch
The right cable had frayed where it rubbed against a misaligned bottom fixture, and the homeowner heard the strands popping one by one over the course of a week.
